Prepares and submits data/ reports on:
Back orders
Lost sales
Stocking orders
Sales summary analysis
Weekly sale update
Orders with no master record
Dealer monitoring
Emergency order validation
Monitors dealers’/customers’ unserved orders for immediate resolution.
Assist in preparing reports to HMA/HML.
