Job Description
Ensure BIR Compliance is met at all times
Prepares other BIR and management-required reports in a timely manner
Essential Responsibilities:
Check the validity and completeness of details in the invoices and Official Receipts provided by the suppliers (e.g. (TIN, Address, Business style , date) against the recorded transactions
Checks and validates purchase data then prepare the reports accordingly
Check the completeness and validity of filed documents for BIR and Audit presentation
Prepare the schedule for BIR relief, monthly alphalist and other BIR-related transactions; encodes in the BIR system and generate the required DAT files
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Extensive knowledge on BIR compliance, requirements and deadline
Proficient with Microsoft Office
With at least 5 years related working experience
