Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Reconcile tax-related transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze and report financial data, providing insights into cost-saving opportunities and trends.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring consistency across various systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any discrepancies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing AP and AR processes, preferably in a corporate finance setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, including functions such as SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong understanding of tax-related transactions and the ability to reconcile and analyze them effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
