Qualifications:
At least high school graduate.
At least one year of CSR/TSR experience.
Flexible with the work schedule.
Strong communication skills.
Great computer navigation and typing skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer concerns.
Update the customer's account information, including address and banking details.
Know how to guide the customer through troubleshooting over the phone patiently.
