Job Description
(1) FRANCHISE OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 1-3 years experience in Franchise-related or Business Development role.
- Proficient in franchise terms and contracts.
- Experienced in franchise operations.
- Strong organization skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting new franchisees in opening new stores.
- Assist and resolve franchisee concerns.
- Serve as liaison between franchisee & company, ensuring that franchisees are aligned with company direction, processes, branding, and promotions.
- Oversee franchisee orders of stocks, and ensure that delivery is completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with finance team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivables from franchisees
- Collaborate with marketing department to support franchise-owned stores.
Note: Salary will be based on skills and experience.
WORKING SCHEDULE:
- Hybrid Setup (combination of field work, once a week office day)
- Can report to Alabang Office office, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. (required)
