Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage import and export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers for smooth shipments.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
Resolve any issues related to customs clearance and shipping delays.
Stay updated on international trade laws and regulations.
Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
