YOUR ROLE:
• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs.
• Develop capacity plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Create and implement workforce scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor real-time adherence (RTA) and make proactive recommendations to improve staffing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement best practices in workforce management tools and methodologies.
• Support automation initiatives to improve workforce planning and reporting.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Educational Background: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High Graduate (New Curriculum).
• Experience: At least 2–4 years of customer service experience.
• Skills: Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability: Willing to work on-site.
