Job Description
1.1 Install facility machinery.
1.2 Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
1.3 Troubleshoot and repair facility machinery.
1.4 Write and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
1.5 Complete daily maintenance and repair logs.
1.6 Communicate with operators from other shifts.
1.7 Maintain and secure work tools.
1.8 Clean and maintain work area.
1.9 Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
1.10 Responsible for the actual operation of floating docks.
1.11 Implement, coordinates and monitors PMS program of floating docks.
1.12 Prepares work request, material request and consumables as per PMS Schedule.
1.13 Prepares request to P&V Superintendent to man the dock during submergence
operation and day to day activity.
1.14 Prepares equipment status damaged and incident reports and submit to the P/V &
Dock Superintendent.
1.15 Other duties as assigned.
