Job Description
Location: Davao
Salary: Earn as much as 19.5K
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
-Managing incoming customer calls and emails
-Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
-Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
-Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
-Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
Qualifications:
- Open to HS/K12 Graduates
- Minimum of 6 months working experience (OJT or formal roles included)
