Job Description

A sales and marketing assistant supports the sales and marketing departments of a company by performing administrative and creative tasks. They help with projects that aim to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Planning and executing campaigns: Help plan and execute campaigns, such as email, social media, and advertising campaigns
Creating content: Create sales and marketing materials, such as presentations, brochures, newsletters, and social media content
Managing customer databases: Maintain and update customer databases for targeted marketing
Analyzing data: Gather and analyze sales and marketing data to help with decision-making
Coordinating with vendors: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to arrange events and campaigns
Following up with customers: Follow up with customers and leads to nurture and convert them into customers
Performing administrative tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as phone reception, data entry, and scheduling meetings

Proficiency in MS Office packages
Knowledge of graphic tools such as Adobe, Publisher, and video editing software
