Job Description

- At least a year of experience
- Experience working in a BPO industry is a must
- Solid experience in doing queue monitoring and monitoring attendance adherence
- Experience in doing forecasting and planning is a plus
- Experience in using programming languages such as Python BI and SQL is a plus
