Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure resource availability.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations for administrative support.
- Oversee facility management, ensuring office and production areas are well-maintained.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Salary:
₱50,000.00 Monthly
