Job Description
Working Setup: Onsite
Responsibilities:
-Follow up on client experiences in shops
-Build and maintain a client database
-Handle complaints from end to end
Qualifications:
-At least 6 months of experience in Customer service.
-Experience in the Beauty Industry is preferred but not required.
-Client Management Skills.
-Negotiation Skills.
-Willing to work ASAP.
-Must be near or within Alabang, Muntinlupa.
