Job Description

Primarily responsible for assisting the cost control officer of the Food and Beverage Department and performing other administrative tasks as advised.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure all implementations are executed by operations
- Work closely with the cost control officer, operations, PNL consolidator, and Research and Development Department
- Monitoring all franchise brands
- assist in audits
- Monitoring purchase requests, statement of accounts, job offers, and invoices
- Manage supplier relationships while ensuring cost effectiveness and maintaining quality standards.
