Job Description
Salary Range: To be discussed upon interview
Job Location: E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Brgy. Mariana, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
Educational Requirements: Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Social Work, Communication, or Business-related degree)
Experience & Certifications: At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related field
Other Qualifications:
- Willing to do fieldwork (50% fieldwork, 50% office work)
- Ability to liaise with government agencies for securing/maintaining licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team player, creative, and resourceful
- Female preferred
- Preferably residing in Quezon City or nearby areas
Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support across multiple departments (License & Compliance, Accounting, Operations, Financial Reporting, etc.)
- Assist in collaboration and partnerships with the Foundation’s stakeholders
- Handle liaison work with government agencies for licenses, certifications, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct 50% fieldwork and 50% office work
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
- Salary:
- 18.000,00 ₱ Monthly
