Job Description
*Graduate of four (4) years course preferably related to Statistics, Marketing, Product Development and Mathematics.
*Preferably experience at least 5 years in Bank operation and Microfinance.
*The main function of Research Head is overall management of SRDI activities including
but not limited research survey, incubation and product prototyping, pilot testing and
operational analysis.

Expect 80% travel to do field works anywhere within Panay island and 20% office works
on documentation of report.
