Job Description
• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with product setup and configuration.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document support cases and solutions.
• Conduct system updates and maintenance.
• Educate users on best practices.
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
• Must be at least 3 – 4 years Technical Support Experience
• Willing to work onsite
• Experience in technical support or IT roles.
• Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and remote support tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
