Job Description
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for leadership.
-Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts.
Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
-At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role preferably in Branch Management
-At least 3 years experience in People Management
-Must have proven experience in Non-Life and Life Insurance
-Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization.
-Ability to make strategic decisions and drive results.
-Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
-Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with the digital general insurance platform for South East Asia.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
