Job Description
-Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-Act as a servant-leader to Agile teams, empowering them to achieve high performance and self-organization.
-Identify and resolve issues that hinder the team’s progress, escalating when necessary.
-Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
-Track and report on key performance metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
Required Skills:
-3+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Leading Scrum teams
-3+ years of experience in any agile scaling frameworks such as Scaled Agile, LSS, or Scrum of Scrums
-Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Project Management tools
-Experience with cross-functional software engineering teams
Additional Notes:
-This position will be working with American healthcare company that provides technology services, pharmacy care services and various direct healthcare services.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
