Job Description
Filing; photocopying.
DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
• Receives Daily Job Report from each group/trade for encoding.
• Checks and review DJR before encoding for any wrong entries (i.e., name, employee number, maincode, and subcode).
• Arrange DJR according to group.
• After encoding, applies in excel form, arrange in alphabetical order and save according to date.
• Checks any mis-encoding.
• Photocopy DJR and submit to the Timekeeper, supported by a soft copy.
• Corrects any mis-encoding after review by the Timekeeper.
Qualification's
Graduate of any computer course or Associate Degree in Computer
At least 1 year related experience
Good communication and interpersonal relation skills
