Job Description
-Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
-Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive
-IT and HR background is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy
-Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
solution sales strategies
-Work through leads to Sales on CRM
-Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
-Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
-Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in Various online platforms and/or offline channels
-Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
-Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
-Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
-Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction
