Truck Driver

1. Drive and Deliver: Operate the assigned truck and transport goods from point A to point B, ensuring timely and
safe delivery. App-Based Booking: Accept and manage bookings through Lalamove and Transportify apps,
ensuring each delivery is completed as per the customer’s requirements. Adhere to Schedule: Complete all
assigned bookings according to the given schedule, with a strong focus on punctuality and honesty.

2. Customer Service: Interact politely and professionally with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring
their satisfaction throughout the delivery process. Route Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of
local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.

3. Pickup and Drop off: Follow instructions from the central team for pickup and drop off locations, ensuring goods
are safely loaded, transported, and unloaded. Assist with Loading: Depending on the delivery, assist with
loading and unloading of goods at various locations.

4. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular checks on the truck to ensure it's in good working condition. Report any
issues to the central team for repair or maintenance. Reporting: Maintain records of deliveries, including
customer feedback, delivery times, and any issues encountered during transport. One of the truck
responsibilities is to ensure the vehicle is clean, both inside and out, at the start and end of each working day.
Additionally, perform basic preventive maintenance and visually inspect for potential issues such as leaks or
other irregularities.

5. Pickup and Drop off: Follow instructions from the central team for pickup and drop off locations, ensuring goods
are safely loaded, transported, and unloaded. Flexible Assignments: Occasionally be assigned additional tasks or
changes in routes, such as taking the truck to a specific location or picking up additional deliveries as directed
by the central team.

OTHER DETAILS:
- Work requires 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Occasional Long Trips are required due to nature of the business.
Restday is timed on coding of the assigned vehicle
- Each Driver earns performance tips from our incentive program of up to 15% of the delivery amount weighted
on Quality and Behaviour. Without driver issues/incidents where the expected job is performed, this 15% is
usually constantly given.
