What You'll Do
Lead the implementation and strategy for S/4HANA Digital Core, bridging business and technology seamlessly.
Conduct business assessments, roadmap planning, and process design workshops, aligning S/4HANA Supply Chain functionalities to client needs.
Showcase the differentiating factors of S4-EWM and articulate its strategic value to clients.
Drive blueprinting sessions for warehouse modules (EWM, WM, MM, SD, PP), optimizing end-to-end logistics cycles across inbound, outbound, warehouse, and inventory operations.
Oversee knowledge discovery in databases, connecting supply chain insights for better business outcomes.
Lead a team of technical consultants for configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover, GO-Live, and Post GO-Live support, ensuring project delivery excellence.
Collaborate with leadership teams to drive solutions for new business opportunities and client challenges.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives, refining internal processes to capture and disseminate expertise across teams.
Develop thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and strategic viewpoints, enhancing market presence and industry insights.

Your Experience Counts!
MBA/Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management (Tier-1 institutions preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a solid academic record.
13-16 years of experience in supply chain transformation and leadership roles.
6-10 years of team management experience, preferably in global environments.
Expertise in areas such as S/4HANA Solution Design, Configuration, Roadmap Development, Testing, Deployment.
Proven knowledge of supply chain modules (EWM, MM, SD, WM, PP, QM) and end-to-end project delivery cycles including Blueprinting, Cutover, GO-Live, UAT, Post GO-Live phases.
Familiarity with integration aspects of S/4HANA modules, such as TM, MM, PP.
Experience in proposal development, client solutioning, and supply chain transformation projects in dynamic, complex environments.
