Job Description
• Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to
production environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service
operations
• Lead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improve
service delivery
• Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations
Qualifications:
• Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field
• More than 5-10 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial
industry
• More than 5 years of experience (SQL)
• More than 5 years of experience (SQL-Scripting)
• Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Experience in programming languages such as Java and/or Python is a must have
• Knowledge Snowflake is a plus
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (Qlik) is a plus
• Proficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, Confluence
• Good understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise Agile
Framework e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM, etc. (certification is a plus)
