Job Description
The Brand Manager drives brand visibility, market share, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing product launches, overseeing e- commerce and digital marketing, and coordinating in-store and print media campaigns. This role also involves budget planning to ensure all activities align with business objectives and maintain brand consistency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competition.
• Design market strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
• Prepare strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage product launches from inception to execution.
• Oversee e-commerce operations and analyze performance metrics.
• Manage social media, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
• Assist in marketing planning and budget allocation.
• Coordinate in-store marketing and mall activities.
• Plan and execute marketing events.
• Coordinate print media campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, Advertising/Media, or related field.
• Experience: With at least 5+ years of experience in brand management, or related within the retail or
consumer goods industry.
• Skills:
- Proficient in Brand Development, Product Management, and Promotion.
- Skilled in inventory management, visual merchandising, and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills for market, consumer, and competitor insights.
- Experienced with digital marketing tools, including social media, email, and ad campaigns.
- Excellent communicator with an eye for brand consistency and visual storytelling.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Full On-site).
