Maintenance Technician (Pampanga)

A maintenance technician, also known as a maintenance mechanic, performs routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and building systems. They also ensure that safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
Repairs: Fix equipment, plumbing, heating, wiring, and other systems
Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards
Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment in good working order
Scheduling: Schedule major repairs with building occupants
Communication: Liaise with external specialists and contractors
Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and systems
