Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Blended CSR Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions, assisting with inquiries, account information, billing issues, claims processing, and other service-related concerns. You will represent the brand, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient communication.
Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
- Managing incoming customer calls and emails
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
- Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (New curriculum)
- With 3 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience
- Have Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are willing to work on site
