Job Description

Responsibilities:
Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients to ensure timely debt recovery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to address billing discrepancies and disputes.
Monitor accounts to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all collection activities.
Prepare regular reports on collection progress and account status.
Contribute to the development of strategies to improve the efficiency of the collections process.
