Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Innovate, develop, research, and design products within the bakery, sweets, and dairy categories, meeting market requirements at a competitive price.
Develop production-friendly processes, converting laboratory prototypes to production batches and modifying them as needed.
Establish standardized processes and instructions for production.
Conduct research on various functional ingredients, assessing them for potential and ongoing cost reduction and product improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Background in food ingredient functionality, such as bakery preservatives, enzymes, and leavening agents.
At least one year of product development or R&D experience in the bakery, sweets, and dairy categories, from concept to commercialization.
Background in production processes like dry blending, baking, and other related processes.
Knowledge of food chemistry and statistical analysis for designing experiments and measuring process capabilities.
Familiarity with sensory evaluation tests, physicochemical and microbial analyses, and regulatory standards.
Experience / Education:
Graduates of Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering are preferred.
Expertise in GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
Experience with bakery, sweets, and dairy ingredients.
Willingness to be assigned to Dayap, Calauan, Laguna.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
