Job Description
Develop and innovate new food products based on market demands, ensuring competitive pricing and production feasibility.
Design and optimize production-friendly processes, scaling up laboratory prototypes to production batches and adapting as needed.
Create and implement standardized production processes and documentation.
Research and evaluate functional food ingredients for cost reduction and product improvement.
Conduct sensory evaluations, physical-chemical analyses, and microbial analyses, adhering to regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in product development or R&D, from concept to commercialization.
Strong understanding of food ingredient functionality (spices, herbs, enzymes, flavor enhancers, starches, preservatives).
Knowledge of food chemistry, statistical analysis, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
Familiarity with sensory evaluation, physical-chemical/microbial analyses, and relevant food regulations. Experience with bakery, snacks, meat, sauces, condiments, beverages, fast food, dairy, noodles,
