Job Description
Work Schedule: Shifting/Night
Requirements:
> College Degree
> Extensive experience in Training (more than 4 years)
> Must have 2+ years solid training experience in BFSI (Banking, Finance and Services Insurance, Credit Card/online banking/Loans)
> 1-year Adult Education Experience Required
> Strong trainer skills excellent comm and facilitation skills
> 1 Year Call Center Experience./ Outbound and Inbound experience preferred.
> 6 months previous customer service experience and strong BFSI experience
> Amenable to start ASAP is preferred
