Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing incoming customer calls and emails
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Leveraging client-specific tools and software to track and manage customer interactions
- Delivering exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise
- Managing customer inquiries and issues through a ticketing system
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
- With 2-3 years of Call Center Experience
- Have Excellent communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are willing to work on site
