Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in the US. This remote position will play a significant role in the company’s continued growth and expansion. A successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the sales process and has the ability to think on your feet while presenting a confident pitch to engage the opportunity.

The Role

You will set up appointment calls from leads and set up meetings for a potential sales deal. You will be trained to follow the sales process and the essential details of our products and services.
You will communicate our value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities. You will schedule a meeting between the decision-makers and our sales representative.
You will respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings, and manage work calendars.

The Requirements

Must exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills and be able to build an authentic rapport with people
Must have experience with CRM and Customer service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in appointment setting and preferably from a major Finance, SaaS, or Hospitality brand in the US
Must have experience doing outbound calls, e-mails, and chat for sales
Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently
