-Graduate of any Engineering Course
-At least Jr. Supervisor or 3 years and up experience in the same field
-Attended several trainings related to Production Process and Supervisory Training
-Good interpersonal relations and negotiation
-Good leadership and supervisory skills
-Can work under pressure and less supervision
-Knowledgeable in Production set-up
-Willing to be assigned at Murata, FPIP Tanauan Batangas.
