Digital Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join a growth marketing team in the US. This is a remote position. This teammate will assist with campaign management, reporting and insights, QA & Testing, and more! The Role:

Campaign Management - You execute ad changes, manage, and optimize campaigns
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Testing & Reporting - You collect and analyze data across channels (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.), perform daily and weekly reporting, track ad traffic and funnels on landing pages, and build dashboards with the information.
Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected, schedule vendor meetings, and manage team calendars.
The Requirements:

Solid knowledge (2+ years) of social platforms ads experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter & LinkedIn)
Solid experience (1+ year) with attribution software (Rockerbox preferred)
Must have an experience with Google Tag Manager and MTA reporting tools
Must be able to analyze and interpret metrics from different digital platforms (Facebook, Google analytics, etc.).
Understanding of Excel for analysis (leveraging pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
Excellent English communication skills.
Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines.
Can work graveyard hours.
