Capability Support Specialist

Salary: 110,000
Set up: Hybrid
Location: SM Cyber West
Schedule: Work mid-shift schedule (3pm-12am) but willing to work on occasional (planned) shifting operations to support the assigned business group

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of general digital/martech/IT experience
• Strong project management skills.
• Skill in learning and administering SAS (Software as System) platforms
• Advanced computer application skills such as MS Office Applications and other Business Systems and tools
• One (1) years or more of experience in enterprise Aprimo DAM and/or Salsify PIM
• Basic knowledge in JSON
• Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or AI tools
