We are looking for external recruiters who can help us source, filter resumes to our clients for their permanent absorption. We need additional recruiters to help us refer more applicants for interview and track their status.

Job Description

Entry-Level Positions (0-3 years of experience)
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
3. Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, training, benefits)
4. Communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Mid-Level Positions (4-7 years of experience)
1. Master's degree in HR or related fields (optional)
2. Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP)
3. Experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)

Senior-Level Positions (8+ years of experience)
1. Master's degree in HR or related fields
