Job Overview
Each agent is responsible for addressing customer queries regarding the various products and services offered by the company through multiple communication channels (voice, chat, webform, email, and social media). They are tasked with providing assistance to customers, documenting interactions thoroughly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Agents must deliver exceptional support services to each contact, adhering to the company's procedures and policies, and meeting performance metrics. They should provide timely responses, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain professional communication standards.
Customer Support:
Handling customer inquiries via calls, webforms, emails, chats, or social media
Providing swift and courteous responses to customer queries and problems
Assisting customers with product or service-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Making outbound calls to customers as required
Basic Troubleshooting:
Conducting initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of customer problems
Following standard procedures to address simple issues
Escalating complex problems to Tier 2 support or supervisors when necessary
Experience / Skills
Strong communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in using Windows applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel) or similar software
Proficient in critical thinking, listening, and conflict resolution
Accurate data entry at a minimum of 40 words per minute with the ability to type while listening
Minimum 1-year experience in a call center setting demonstrating professional phone etiquette
Minimum 1-year experience in providing technical support for products
Preferably, experience in phone sales
Age
Applicants must be 18 years old or older
Education
High School diploma required; some college education preferred
Schedule
Must be flexible with schedules (24/7 operations) supporting US, APAC, EMEA regions
