Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and lead the development of our React-based web dashboard and React Native mobile application. As part of our aged-care tech sector, you will play a key role in building innovative, user-friendly applications that enhance the experience of caregivers and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize our React-based web dashboard and React Native mobile app.
Design and implement scalable, reusable components using Material UI.
Integrate with GraphQL and REST APIs, ensuring efficient data fetching and UI responsiveness.
Enforce best practices for performance and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to align project goals.
Be aware of front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright) to support the dedicated QA team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, with a strong focus on React and React Native.
Proficiency in integrating GraphQL and REST APIs.
Solid understanding building UI components for responsive applications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features.
Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility best practices, and testing frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong communication skills

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end deployment.
Experience with WebSockets, push notifications, or offline-first applications.
