Functional Analyst

Qualification:
•Must have experience with enterprise banking processes and being a product owner
•Functional knowledge and experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
•Experience in performing gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the box functionality
•Knowledge of Azure Services and Power Automate is a plus
•Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC), waterfall and agile methodologies.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
•Good communication skills -- verbal, written and presentation.
•Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
•Elicit detailed requirements from the business and map it against functionalities of D365 or the system/app built on it.
•Create functional requirement, estimates, cost/benefit analysis and functional designs for projects and/or enhancement
•Partner with Product Specialist and advise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM business cases and propose solutions
•Review testing requirements including test plans, test cases, test-data and interface testing between different applications.
•Work with developers to resolve complex functional issues arising from system testing and user acceptance testing.
•Provide support to end-users by helping to troubleshoot issues and escalating to appropriate support teams when necessary
•Work with developers to create the operational or production readiness documents such as Implementation guidelines, playbook,
troubleshooting guides
