Job Description
The qualified candidate will help maintain or expand existing accounts, as well as offer technical support to all clients.

Responsibilities:
Build lasting relationship with clients while understanding and meeting their needs
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and design solutions to meet those unique business needs
Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
Diagnose and identify solutions to client concerns by identifying the root of their problem correctly
Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
Talk customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved

Requirements:
Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or any related course
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
Research Skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Enthusiastic and passionate
Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge
Ability to work in a team environment

Desired but not Mandatory:
Background in Retail Management, SAAS and Tech
