Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Application Development:
Design, build, and configure applications using the Pega Platform to meet business and application requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for high-quality application development.
Implement and customize Pega Platform solutions, adhering to Pega development best practices.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Perform unit testing and debug applications to ensure functionality and quality.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Integration & Architecture:
Assess the impact of integration requirements on the technical architecture.
Specify integration service requirements and identify cross-team issues, escalating to the appropriate team leads when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pega Platform development.
Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, jQuery, and HTML.
Strong understanding of application development principles and best practices.
Experience designing and implementing Pega solutions, including:
Case management
Data modeling
User interface development
Frameworks & Tools:
Knowledge of Pega frameworks and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
Familiarity with PRPC Security, packaging, and deployment.
Database & Analytical Skills:
Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering successful Pega applications.
