Job Description
Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees and guests, including emergency response.
Maintain medical records, conduct health programs, and ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
Provide personal medical care to the resort owner, including accompanying them to Manila for check-ups.
Respond to guest health concerns and coordinate with local healthcare providers as needed.
Manage medical supplies, assist with HR-related health tasks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
At least 1 year of experience as a company nurse, private nurse, or similar.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle medical emergencies.
Willingness to travel to Manila and accompany guests to medical facilities.
Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
Salary and Work Schedule:
Starting Rate: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000
Free accommodation and meal allowance provided.
Full-time position with flexible scheduling.
Travel expenses to Manila covered by the company.
