Job Description
The Facilities Engineer/In-house Engineer is directly responsible in managing and supervising the Facilities Maintenance, permit and Licenses related concerns and office support of Offices and other property Assets.
He/she will be taking leadership on Cost Savings, Engineering Maintenance, Energy Management, Sanitation, Contractor Performance monitoring and reporting, Procedural Audits, others.
Performs other tasks or special projects related to assigned role and position within the department.
Provide assistance during inspection by LGU’s and all other agencies or departments with official business transaction with the company and assigned project.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities and Administration Management related courses.
Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
At least two (2) years experience in Building and Facilities Management and Administration.
Must be focused, driven, team player.
Ability to work independently and with a team with minimal supervision required.
Customer-Centric and persistent in driving solutions and continuous improvements.
Has the ability to build a gainful relationship and maturity in handling highly confidential information.
Multi-site based with several alignment/meetings with contractors, supplier, stakeholders.
Can work under pressure
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
With acceptable oral and written communication skills, proficient in Google Drive, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
