Job Description
-Outbound, inbound calls - clients heading for their policy renewal.
-Remind clients and handle inquiries if they may have any.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Vocational Course Grad
-At least 6 months doing inbound-outbound calls; or work involving client coordination
-Communication skills- Can converse will in English and Tagalog (most times speaking in Filipino but we have expat clients)
-MS Office- team uses excel most times
-Listening skills, can manage irate clients
