Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team at ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE in Antipolo City Rizal. As our Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative construction projects that push the boundaries of architecture and engineering.
What you'll be doing
Conceptualise and design cutting-edge architectural plans and blueprints that meet client requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction managers and engineers, to ensure the seamless execution of projects
Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, providing guidance and resolving any technical issues that arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of our work
Contribute to the development of new business opportunities by participating in client presentations and proposals
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Architect
Proficient in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM tools
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Thorough understanding of local building codes, regulations and safety standards
Commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative architectural solutions
