Job Description
Experience: Minimum of 1 year prior experience in food service or hospitality.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of Food and Beverage: Familiarity with menu items, food preparation, and drink pairings.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication to interact with customers and team members.
Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
Cash Handling: Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends.
