Onboarding Specialist

The key responsibility is to ensure background verification is completed for all new hires and involves liaison with candidates , vendor and line managers .

•Ongoing communication with the background check vendor until case closure and ensuring the checks are performed based on the policy
•Follow up with candidates for pending documentation/ Insufficiencies through written or verbal communication and establish timelines for the candidate to resolve issues as needed
•Notifying Recruitment / Training department that all background checks have been successfully completed and the selected candidate can begin work / Go live ( as the case may be )
•Review of background check reports and flagging it to stakeholders in case of deviation to policy
•Publishing daily / weekly background check status for batches that are onboarded
•Maintaining / documenting case reports for future reference
•Generating reports / MIS based on client specific requirement.
•Maintain confidentiality of background check information
