JOB REQUIREMEMNT:
✨Bachelors Degree.
✨Open for Fresh Graduates.
✨With experience working in a BPO set-up and for the same role is a big advantage
✨Amenable for night shift work schedule.
✨Amenable to work onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:
✨Contact clients by phone, email, or portal to collect past-due invoices.
✨Handle complicated account reconciliation and assist in promptly resolving client complaints.
✨Perform account reconciliations on a daily and/or monthly basis.
✨Examine and prepare customer refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, and payments made to the wrong business.
✨Weekly aging report preparation and account prioritization according to past-due status
✨When necessary, train new team members.
