Job Description
Salary: Php 16K-18K/month (depends on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (shifting schedule)
Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries, facilitate out-patient and hospital availments via the 24/7 hotline.
• Process billing, verify payments, and coordinate across departments.
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree holder
✔️ Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
✔️ HMO/hospital/clinic experience is a plus
✔️ Willing to work on rotational shifts
